Lion Heart Youth Outreach encourages young men and women to become brave, bold and fearless leaders. We provide youth with mentors who can develop a bond with the mentee and can provide support, guidance, and opportunities to help the youth succeed in life and meet their goals.

Mentoring relationships can be formal or informal with substantial variation, but the essential component include creating caring, empathetic, consistent, and long-lasting relationship, often with some combination of role modeling, teaching, and advising. Mentors will execute leadership to individuals enrolled in the program to establish stability in their lives and allow them to become contributing members of society.
