Our Hands of Hope America Community Center is located off US 27 in Clermont. We offer a variety of services, especially focused on a many counseling areas. We also focus on many youth programs, aimed mostly at ages 10 – 18, including after-school programs. Sorry, we are NOT able to handle your Daycare challenges here, but we can refer you to services who may be able to help. See more of our services listed below.

To help take the burden off your budget, signing up for SNAP will help you get the groceries you need.
Hands of Hope America is happy to offer our After School Program, for students from ages 12 – 18, including specialized tutoring. We’re open at our Community Center, 16605 Sunrise Lake Blvd, Suite 3, Clermont, FL 34714, from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
We can organize your needs, medical, financial, housing, etc., and manage your case among the various services who can help you.
We can help you if you need access to a computer or the Internet.
