We are thrilled to provide you with our wide range of services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for you and your loved ones in Central Florida.

Our journey together begins with our Case Management program at our Community Center. This program serves as the foundation for all the services we offer.

At our Community Center, we have a dedicated Case Management team that serves as the starting point for accessing all our services, including emergency food assistance at our Food Pantry. To make use of these services, it is essential to complete an intake form with a HOHA Case Manager. Upon registration, you will receive a unique Case Number that will allow you access to all services and resources.

During the registration process, we will gather information about you and your family, enabling us to better understand your needs and provide tailored assistance to better serve you and your family more efficiently.

The Community Center is open Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
