and knowing how to respond can save lives.
By participating in our Basic Life Support Training, you will:
• Gain the confidence to perform life-saving techniques
• Provide essential support in critical situations
• Acquire skills to benefit you personally and build a safer community, including –
CPR, Heimlich and AED training.
Taught in both English and Spanish.
